Na cidade de Bocholt, localizada ao oeste da Alemanha, perto da fronteira com a Holanda, um pombo sobrevoou a área de um radar de velocidade, instalado em uma rua citadina. Ao voar à uma velocidade de 45 km/h, já que a velocidade máxima no local era de 30 km/h, foi fotografado pelo radar.

Apesar de a ocorrência ter sido registrada em fevereiro de 2018, autoridades da cidade publicaram a foto captada pelo radar somente em maio do mesmo ano, já que a prefeitura de Bocholt levou todo este tempo para analisar as fotos capturadas pelo radar.

The Porsche 911 GT2 RS has set a new production car lap record at Road America, completing the 4.048 mile road course with its 14 turns and multiple elevation changes in just 2:15,17 minutes. 24 Hours of Daytona and Le Mans class winner David Donohue took to the wheel of the 911 GT2 RS and only needed two laps to do so, underscoring not just the track capability, but also the approachability of the car.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS also recorded an impressive lap time of 2:18,57 minutes at the same track after only a few laps. Once again, both cars took to the track on road-legal and Porsche-approved Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R N0 tires. Racelogic was on-site to record and validate the lap time, vehicle telemetry, and video utilizing the VBOX Video HD2 system.

Woody Bell, of Sunland, California, is a darned good driver. That's why he was picked to drive Dodge Dart in this year's Mobilgas Economy Run. He was speci-fically told to drive barefoot, so he'd be more sensitive to the accelerator. He was supposed to keep his windows shut, too. (Cuts down on wind resistance.) But he goofed. He piled in ... clodhoppers and all. Fastened his seat belt (he's very safety-minded). Rolled down the windows. Draped an elbow over the sill. And took off . . . with an automatic transmission yet! Also a radio, heater, and defroster.
Says he likes to drive a car the way most folks do. He likes to be comfortable ... not professional. Needless to say, 01' Leadfoot and Dodge Dart didn't win. But Dart was a good ... and economical loser. It averaged 23.0156 MPG. for the six-day grind. And only missed being first in its class (class D) by 00.1384 MPG.
