Um McLaren F1 LM Specification, voltado para a performance em pistas, será leiloado pela RM Auctions, nos dias 13 e 14 de agosto, em Monterey, Califórnia.

O carro é o chassis número 63 construído, e é uma das duas raras unidades do McLaren F1 que receberam o pacote LM Specification. O motor BMW V12, que produz 690 CV de potência, e a transmissão, entre outros componentes mecânicos, também foi atualizada em relação ao modelo original.
