2026 Porsche 911 GT3 Manthey Performance Kit - Nürburgring Nordschleife - 6:52.981 - Ayhancan Güven - Onboard
21/11/2025 - Hardly any other production car is used by its customers as often on track days as the Porsche 911 GT3. With the new Manthey Kit, Porsche offers high-performance components that go beyond the level of the Weissach Package – specifically aimed at customers with a keen passion for driving on track. These include extensively revised, particularly efficient aerodynamics with significantly increased downforce, modified suspension and optimised brake components. The 911 GT3 lapped the Nürburgring’s Nordschleife in 6:52.981 minutes – about 2.8 seconds faster than its predecessor with the Manthey Kit.
Porsche offers a Manthey kit for the current 911 GT3 (992.2) for even better performance on the racetrack. The kit provides significantly more downforce and, as a result, increased cornering speeds. The suspension has been specially adapted for track use and the brakes are designed for the particularly high demands of track days. The new Manthey Kit was developed in close collaboration between the Porsche Development Centre in Weissach and the Manthey engineers in Meuspath. The components, which are optimised for circuit use, are sold through Porsche Centres worldwide.

13/07/2023 | Porsche is offering a Manthey Kit for the 718 Cayman GT4 RS that is specially optimised for use on the racing track.
The 368 kW (500 PS, 718 Cayman GT4 RS: Fuel consumption* combined (WLTP) 13.2 l/100 km, CO₂ emissions* combined (WLTP) 299 g/km) GT4 RS with the Manthey Kit completed a lap at the Nordschleife circuit at the Nürburgring in 7:03.121 minutes. This makes it exactly 6.179 seconds faster than the 718 Cayman GT4 RS without the upgrade kit. The modifications focus on aerodynamics and chassis components. Pads designed for the track are available as an option for the powerful braking system.
The new kit was developed in Meuspath especially for track days and in close collaboration between engineers at Porsche Motorsport and the Nordschleife specialists at Manthey. The road-legal components can be fitted aftermarket and will be sold by Porsche Centres worldwide.
2021 Porsche 911 GT2 RS Manthey Performance Kit - Nürburgring Nordschleife - 6:43.300 Record Lap - Lars Kern - Onboard
24/06/2021 | Porsche has set a new lap record for road-approved production cars on the 20.8-kilometre Nürburgring Nordschleife in a 911 GT2 RS fitted with the Manthey Performance Kit.
The best time of 6:43.300 minutes was achieved on 14 June, in the presence of a notary, with Porsche development driver Lars Kern at the wheel of the 515 kW (700 PS) 911 GT2 RS. The new Performance Kit was developed as part of a close collaboration between Porsche's engineers in Weissach and Manthey’s Nordschleife specialists in Meuspath. The circuit-focused Porsche Tequipment components are sold via Porsche Centres.
