You don't really need Wide-Track... unless you drive a car. Oddly enough, most people don't ride on motorcycles too much, except for fun. And what's fun on a 'cycle isn't fun in a car—namely, leaning 'way over to help get around a turn. That's why we put Wide-Track on Tempest this year: to keep you stable and level when you turn. Tempest isn't the only car with Wide-Track, but we don't fret about the competition. We make the other one too. Wide-Track Pontiac Tempest
